Hmm ... I've just received an announcement of the new Harrison Mixbus v4 release:

Finally, we've added 2 "live"-sounding drum instruments from Glen MacArthur, the producer of AVLinux. These open-sourced drum plugins incorporate velocity-layered drum samples from 2 kits ( the rocking "Red Zeppelin", and jazzier "Black Pearl" ), and they demonstrate some of the features of the new LV2 plugin format.

Gordon.

Hi!

Well it was a surprise to me as well, the original idea of making them plugins came from Ben Loftis (of Harrison) and then Robin did his magic but the consensus at the time was that they would be too large to be included in Ardour or Mixbus bundles, apparently not!
